Lynwood Grayson Willis of Savannah, GA passed away November 27, 2016. He was born September 17, 1931 in Savannah, GA to Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Willis.
He was a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and practiced architecture and real estate development in both Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and wife Linda Sullivan Willis.
Survivors are daughters Kathleen Greer (Billy Greer) of Savannah, GA, Linda Moore (Don Moore) of Seattle, WA, Julie Kimmerly (Mark Kimmerly) of Seattle, WA and Ashley Willis of Jacksonville, FL., four grandchildren Braxton Adamson (Kaley Adamson), Jennifer Pierce (Brian Pierce), Robert Moore, Parker Kimmerly, and two great grandchildren Grayson Adamson, and Theodore Pierce.
Graveside service will be held in Savannah, GA at Bonaventure Cemetery, Thursday, December 1st at 10:00 a.m.
I am saddened by the one negative post but being Lindy CPA for over 35 years until the late 90 real estate owner developer was Very tuff High interest rate loans it take a Tough person to be a leader all the employees that depended on him for the livelihood he always paid them even in very tough times u have to rid yourself of partners that can not carry there load. From the beginning he was going to live long enough to pay off these loans and by god he missed by a few years the world needs more Lindy Willis to get to the top u must be the Best l will always remember and love him Rodney
